Hospitality

Royal Caribbean Cruises – The End Result developed custom leadership training using a multi-faceted approach. The program produced a more well-prepared supervisory workforce, a reduction in turnover and an increase in employee morale. The program was customized to the skill level and knowledge base of each group of managers that were trained.

Celebrity Cruises – To integrate new managers into the team at Celebrity Cruises, The End Result designed an on-boarding program developed for new Food & Beverage Managers, as well as Training & Development Managers. The program enabled all of these employees to quickly learn about their new surroundings, organizational culture and business practices.

Legoland California – The End Result developed retail training for employees at Legoland California. This custom training program improved employee selling skills and enabled the company to exceed its opening projected sales goals. The End Result helped employees understand the unique buying habits of park visitors.

Food Services

Jamba Juice – As an adjunct training faculty, The End Result developed strategic training plans to accommodate the organization’s rapid growth objectives and Manager-In-Training courses. The End Result created leadership development training designed to leverage Jamba Juice’s unique corporate culture. The program accomplished its stated goals of helping Jamba Juice remain the leader in its category.

Del Taco – The End Result created a comprehensive manager training for both company-owned and franchise-operated stores. The program focused on developing leadership training and day-to-day operational skills. The Sage Leadership Tools’ board game was used to conclude the training. The result: Empowered managers went back to their stores trained, excited and motivated.

Retail

Costco – In partnership with Coast Community Colleges, The End Result developed the curriculum and delivered the training for all of Costco’s Southern California supervisors. The program resulted in increased retention and a decrease in employee complaints. Employees responded positively to both the classes and the Sage Leadership Tools designed for real workplace situations.

Old Navy – The End Result deployed its Sage Leadership Tools to deliver “Training In A Box” for all of the retailer’s U.S. locations. The custom game board in the Sage Leadership Tools was an innovative way to give all store managers the necessary resources to help train and educate employees about new procedure and policy changes.

Sunglass Hut – Serving as virtual training and education directors, The End Result helped stabilize turnover rates for associates and supervisors. Within four months of launching a new hire on-boarding program and the companion supporting supervisory program, The End Result helped reduced employee turnover by 45%. Supervisory turnover decreased by 38%. In the process, The Sunglass Hut helped increased same- store sales and average of 4.9%.

Energy

Edison International – The End Result helped fine-tune the skills of call center employees responsible for explaining and selling a large number of power service options to consumers and businesses. In collaboration with Edison International’s internal training managers, The End Result developed desktop reference materials integrated with customer service and selling skills to help the new hires working directly with customers.

Education

Corinthian Colleges, Inc. – As one of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America, Corinthian Colleges operates 89 schools in 24 states in the U.S. and 17 schools in Canada. The End Result provided communication materials to help staff and faculty understand the college’s mission statement and guiding corporate principles, as well as to enhance internal customer service. The custom-designed program offered workshops, videos and supporting materials.
