Royal Caribbean Cruises

As creative business partners, we have developed custom leadership training, using a multi-modal approach resulting in a better prepared supervisory workforce, reduction in turnover and increase in employee morale. The core of this leadership program is the same, but each level of management has a customized version to meet their unique issues.


Celebrity Cruises

Understanding the challenges of bringing new managers onboard, a custom designed onboarding program was developed for new Food & Beverage Managers, as well as Training & Development Managers to more quickly allow these groups to learn about their new surroundings, organizational culture as well as the rules of the road.



Jamba Juice

As adjunct faculty, we have developed strategic training plans to accommodate the organizations rapid growth objectives, Manager In Training courses, as well as leadership development training supported by a foundation of cultural awareness that makes Jamba the category leader.



Sunglass Hut

Working as virtual training and education directors, our most pressing need was to stabilize the turnover rates for associates as well as supervisors. Within four months of the launch of a new hire on boarding program and the companion supporting supervisory program, we had reduced employee turnover by 45% and supervisory turnover by 38%, resulting in a same store average of 4.9% sales increase.



Edison International

Fine tuning the skills for call center employees who are navigating in an environment where product offerings change daily; we developed desktop reference materials married with customer service and selling skills to help the many new hires.



Del Taco

Comprehensive manager training for both company owned and franchise operated stores was developed to provide key leadership skills along with the integration of managing day to day operations. The custom game board was successfully utilized as a culminating exercise, empowering managers to go back to their stores trained, excited and motivated.



Legoland California

Developed the retail training for the Model Citizens of Legoland California. This custom developed selling skills training resulted in exceeding the parks opening projected sales performance for all retail locations. Understanding the unique buying habits of the customer and providing the Model Citizens with sales skills that fit the unique qualities of their customers was a formula for success.



Costco Warehouse

Working in partnership with Coast Community Colleges, the supervisory curriculum and delivery of supervisory training was developed and facilitated for all Southern California supervisors. This training resulted in increased retention, decrease in employee complaints, and positive feedback for these classes and just-in-time resources.



Old Navy

Using the custom game board to deploy “Training in a Box” for all United States locations, was the creative delivery method selected to all store managers would have the tools needed to help train and educated employees about new procedure and policy changes. The training was well received resulting in a smooth transition.



The Gap Inc.

Working with the human resource team, we utilized the Pulse*Point Leadership assessment from thedevelopmentcenter.com to understand leadership styles, the impact styles has on the team, in the hiring arena as well as on the department.



Corinthian Colleges, Inc.

As one of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America, operating 97 schools in 25 states in the U.S. and 34 schools in seven provinces in Canada, providing internal customer service to this growing organization was the focus of the custom created workshops, videos and support materials. Connecting employees with the organizations mission of helping students meet their career goal has proven to be a powerful motivator.
