Diane Spiegel

Diane Spiegel is CEO of The End Result and is one of the nation’s recognized leaders in corporate training and development. With more than 25 years of experience, Diane is an industry leader and innovator who founded The End Result and created the firm’s highly successful training methodology, Sage Leadership Tools. An organizational architect, Diane specializes in developing training plans that offer organizations a strategic process to educate and develop their employees, and provide the framework for cultural and organizational change. Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and she completed post-graduate study in employee relations and organizational development at the University of California, Irvine. She is certified in MBTI, PULSE POINT (formerly INTRPLAY) and MOHR. She is a member of ASTD, SHRM,PIRA, NHRA, HR Strategy Forum, and C.H.A.R.T. Sarah Christman

Sarah Christman has more than 20 years of experience providing consulting, training, coaching and team facilitation. She has worked extensively with executive management teams to develop plans that support training and development initiatives. Her work focuses on leadership, teaming, customer service, process improvement, and behavioral interviewing. She also facilitates train-the-trainer programs and has experience training in a multi-cultural environment, including programs in India, Asia and Europe. Sarah has worked for Alcon Laboratories, American Airlines, Gibraltar Savings, Excellon Automation and Printronix before starting her own training and consulting business in 1992. Sarah’s clients include Qualcomm, Accelrys, Chevron, Arco, Mobil, Frito-Lay, Nabisco, Sprint, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, InterDent, California Bank and Trust, Darden Restaurants (Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze), Panda Restaurants, Marriott, Hilton, U.S. Web, Inkotomi, Agouron Pfizer and the Zoological Society of San Diego. Sharon Kravitz

Sharon Kravitz has more than 20 years of experience as a training and development professional. Her work includes design and facilitation of leadership development and customer service programs, as well as the implementation of user-friendly computer courses and customization of training materials. Sharon has extensive experience in team building and working with employees of all levels. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology and communications from California State University, Long Beach. She is certified in Situational Leadership from the Center for Leadership Studies.

Chris Pitchess

Chris Pitchess has more than 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 and educational institutions in California. Chris’s experience includes designing and writing innovative educational and training materials that include electronic newsletters, online courses, booklets, training manuals, and on-boarding experiences. Chris develops and delivers just-in-time training solutions to diverse audiences in highly creative formats. Her clients include California Community Colleges, Printronix, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Anna’s Linens, Steelcase Inc., Galardi Group, 3M and PIHRA. Chris has worked for the California Community College’s.

Dede Hilovsky

Dede Hilovsky has more than 25 years of training and instructional design experience. Dede works with organizations to assess their unique culture and business model to develop customized training and development programs. Dede is currently the directing partner of “The Write People, ” a company dedicated to creating training collateral that is uniquely developed for multi-cultural organizations. Earlier in her career, Dede worked for Del Taco and Jamba Juice as Director of Training.
