Baby Boomers 1946-1964 (45-63 years old)

80 million (In 2006 the first wave of Boomers started turning 60 and looking at their retirement options. Many will not be able to afford retirement, many feel that they are way too young to retire and will re-career or be involved as volunteers.)

Characteristics — Optimistic, idealistic, anything is possible. They found their voices in Woodstock, changed the way war was viewed and became consumers with disposable income.
