As the founding partner of The End Result, Diane Spiegel and her colleagues specialize in creative approaches to training, design, coaching, and consulting.

Diane Spiegel has specialized in the training arena for the last twenty-five years and as an independent contractor for over sixteen years. Her clients have included the retail market, health care, manufacturing, hospitality, and state agencies. She is part of the adjunct faculty at Coastline Community College and participates in many campus activities as well as serving the business community.

As an organizational architect, her forte is in the development of training plans that provide organizations with a strategic process to educate and develop their employees while providing the framework for cultural and organizational change. Some of these training plans have been developed in partnership with state agencies which require a complex participant tracking system to assess progress, completion and subsequent funding. Her track record in this area has been unbeatable. Through her training, design and consulting expertise, she has helped every qualified client receive 100% of their government funding. As a sought after speaker, Diane facilitates many workshops around the area of Leadership Development as well as the impact of building strong and effective business relationships. In her soon to be published book, It’s All About ME: Coaching the ME generation to develop effective business relationships, coaching and supporting others to be the best they can be is her passion.

Diane earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from California State University Fullerton and has completed post-graduate study in employee relations and organizational development at the University of California, Irvine. She is certified in MBTI, PULSE POINT (formerly INTRPLAY) and MOHR. She is based out of Orange County, California.
